Suzy joined the team in 2006 after completing a Maths with Finance degree. Starting in a calling and operational role and then moving to a finance focus has allowed a 365 degree understanding of the business. She is now Head of Finance and Operations and has recently become a fully qualified ACCA member. As a member of the senior management team she also plays a key role in office management and ensuring internal processes help to maximise campaign management and operational outcome.
