Blueberry Partners with Wakefield Council to Boost Apprenticeships

Leeds-based business development agency, Blueberry Marketing Solutions, is partnering with Wakefield Council, to raise awareness of the Apprenticeships Made Easy scheme.

The Apprenticeships Made Easy scheme is funded by the Leeds City Deal and delivered by Wakefield Council, through the Wakefield Apprenticeship Hub. The scheme aims to increase the number of apprenticeship opportunities for Wakefield residents, particularly young people. It will also simplify the Apprenticeship recruitment process for businesses and encourage training providers to meet the varied skill demands of SMEs.

Blueberry will be supporting the Apprenticeship’s Made Easy Scheme by identifying potential opportunities to place apprentices and raising awareness to local employers the value and diversity an apprentice can bring to their business.

Faresh Maisuria, Director at Blueberry Marketing Solutions, added:

We are really excited about working with Wakefield Council. Apprenticeships are an excellent way for young people to increase their skills, confidence and personal development. At Blueberry we believe that increasing Apprenticeships within the Wakefield community will have great benefits and our team are thrilled to be working on another project that boosts our local Yorkshire economy
